FRUSTRATED

I was having a great morning and feeling on the light side and after 2 weeks watching everything that went into my mouth and exercising I thought this is a breeze, ( I have to be lighter) WRONG.
Gained 4 lbs GRRR
Came home and started my day cleaning and was cramping, sat down to take some Advil and a look at the calender. Guess what? Period is due to start this Saturday...
Duh, now it all clicks, couldn't it have clicked before I saw that higher number....
Going to be one of those days.
Breakfast: Raspberry Yoplait yogurt and half a can of Dew.
Lunch: Subway's BMT filled to brim with veggies and light mayo, drank coffee.
Supper: most likely soup and bottle of water.
Then we are off to a 6:30 workout with the incumbent bike and elliptical followed by some strength training.

  1. You've been doing a great job Tania! Remember, that besides the period weight gain, you're gaining muscle as you work out. Also, if you're drinking plenty of water, you may not notice much of the inital "water weight" loss. It will be this see-saw effect of muscle gain,fat loss back and forth so don't get discouraged! Changing your life style like you are will guarantee the weight to return to a healthy number. It just takes time.

  2. Thank you Christy, I just get so frustrated not seeing the number move down and then get angry and eat something I shouldn't and get even more angry... Need lots of prayers!!!
